Absolute Steel
Títle Womanizer (2005)
Label Black Lotus Records/Indar Productions
We've seen too many new-hard-heavy-bands shows were the waiters are much more interesting that the music. We've found too many new-hard-heavy-albums and felt asleep before the first song ends. This annoying sensation that makes me feel like that there aren't going to appear any more hard heavy cool bands is only broken by a few ones like, for example, Absolute Steel. They talk about women, beer and rock'n'roll, like so many other bands, but without becoming hilarious.

They don't have a great vocalist, but it just fits them just perfectly. Their instrumental technique is not baroque, but it's ok for their style. Their structures and lyrics are not that complicated, but they are true and perfect to listen to, with a beer in one hand, and a girl in the other one.
